Chip Makers Put Rush on Mobile Gadgets

Nvidia is planning to announce its first chips for a new generation of mobile Web devices. Chip suppliers for cellphones are moving aggressively to make products for the gadgets, dubbed MIDs, for mobile Internet devices.
