New Online Community Manager at Obopay

We’re very pleased to announce that we’ve created a new Online Community Manager position at Obopay. Maria de los Angeles, a writer, blogger and active social media user based in Miami, Florida, joined our team to help grow an online community.
“Until now, I used my mobile phone to stay in touch with friends through Twitter, Facebook, Qik and of course simple text messaging,” Maria says. “I never thought I could use it to send or receive money, but of course, it’s a no-brainer and a brilliant idea. As a freelancer, I can already see how the service can be useful for me and I’m happy to spread the word online about its practical applications. I’m also excited about getting to know other Obopay users.”
