New Comscore report has usage stats mobile financial services

In a new survey, Comscore finds that mobile banking on web browsers was most popular, but dedicated apps were not far behind.  25% of smartphone users banked by text, but 41% of 3G users did.  “The increasing adoption of smartphones and access to 3G networks, along with the rapid development of mobile apps, have created a fertile environment for the acceleration of mobile banking.”
